Dr Molly Black started modeling professionally in 1992 and has three plus years of doing photography as more than just a way of capturing her memories. But she's done that for the past 15 years or so.
She uses digital format for her photography projects and uses Photoshop for her editing.
Born in 1969, has a husband (July 10 they celebrate their anniversary), two cats and two dogs, and lives with her husband and a good old friend on the tri-city meets up (Oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley). Residents of various places.
Dr Molly Black also has fibromyalgia, hypothyroid, no gall bladder or breeding apparatus and qualifies as disabled. She's also a housewife.
Her artist statement goes thusly: "Nature gets overwhelmed by man and many times an artist's attempt to capture the beauty of a moment gets marred by things like powerlines, fences, freeways. Capturing the beauty of nature being impeded in this manner consists of what I want to convey. Also, taking somebody quote unquote normal looking and showing the side of them they don't normally show makes me incredibly happy."
Dr Molly Black has a side project currently called "Artistic Fetishes" that is an R-rated erotica membership site. Launch of the beta is soon and the actual launch should occur within 2008 as soon as possible. Considering the project got thought up the last week of this March it's moving at lightening speed. Plus we have had some set backs due to health issues, personal crises, and other random things. On the plus side we're getting great models with good followings taking part and we're really excited to see what we can do with this!
